Originally from Ontario, Michelle MacKinnon relocated to Los Angeles, California, where she worked in the motion picture industry for 15 years. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she was gifted a specialty bread book by her husband, Michael, which allowed her reputation as a talented baker to flourish.

I have had the pleasure of trying and purchasing Michelles bread and crackers. Healthy ingredients, great taste, freezes well  and toasts up to perfection. Love her crackers with old cheese and garlicky or sundried tomato hummus.
